If you have any questions at all about completing your order or posting/shipping details or costs, please get in touch. I am always happy to help.

All the items in my shop are completely original and I retain full copyright on all of them (along with Francois Hall who retains full copyright on any illustration and photography). The knitting patterns and kits are for personal use only, so please do not reproduce, copy, translate, circulate or re-distribute them in any way (including digitally), without my written permission. Buying my patterns, or any of my work, does not transfer copyright to the buyer. Thank you!

I ship to the whole world and will post orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, and will always send notification to let you know that the item has been posted. All UK orders are posted well packaged with Royal Mail first class standard delivery, and generally take 1-2 working days to reach you. All orders outside of the UK are posted equally well packaged with Royal Mail airmail, and generally take between 5-10 working days to reach you - maybe a little sooner or a little longer, depending on where you are in the world. I don’t include insurance in the postage or shipping prices - so please get in touch before buying if you require this, and I can send you a correct invoice. Please be aware that you may have to pay customs taxes applicable to your country.

If in the unlikely event, your order does not arrive within 21 days of purchase, please let me know. And if you have any questions at all about completing your order or posting/shipping details or costs, please get in touch.

If you want to return an item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging. Please contact me immediately by email (within 7 days of receipt of item), and return the item ‘as new condition’ within 30 days to ensure your refund.

You are unable to return downloadable patterns.

Downloading a PDF file

After payment through Paypal, you will be sent an email with the download link for the pattern. Save this file to your hard drive for safe keeping. Once saved, you can open the pattern, using Adobe Acrobat Reader, and then print it out. You are allowed 3 download attempts per product, however, you may run into situations where you haven't been able to successfully download your item, even after 3 attempts (perhaps due to a problem with their internet connection). When this happens, please contact me and I will resend the order to you.

If you do not receive the initial order email, please check your spam/junk folder. If the email is there, please add the from email address to their safe sender list. If not, please send me a different email address and I will resend the order there. Please note, the initial order will be sent to the purchasing email address used in Paypal.

Downloading a PDF file to an iPad

You will need to have the free iBooks app (or some other PDF reader such as Evernote or GoodReader) in order to save the PDF file. In the browser, when the file has downloaded completely, tap the document twice, and a bar will briefly appear saying "open in iBooks" or "open in". Choose iBooks and the pattern will save onto the PDF shelf of iBooks. It can then be transfered to your main computer during syncing, and you can then print it from your main computer.
